Balady GA Approves BOD Decision to Withhold H2 2024 Dividend
Balady Poultry Co. announced on Wednesday the results of its Ordinary General Assembly Meeting (First Meeting), where all items on the Assembly’s agenda were approved by a majority vote.
The most prominent voting results were as follows:
– The Board of Directors’ decision not to distribute cash dividends to shareholders for the second half of 2024 was approved.
