Al Mawarid Announces Opening of Nominations for BOD Membership

Al Mawarid Manpower Co. announced on Tuesday the opening of nominations for membership in the company’s Board of Directors for the next three-year term, which begins on October 11, 2025, and ends on October 10, 2028.

According to the company, candidates will be elected at the next General Assembly Meeting, the date of which will be announced later after obtaining the necessary approvals from the relevant authorities, in accordance with the regulations stipulated in the Companies Law, the Corporate Governance Regulations issued by the Capital Market Authority, and the policies, standards and procedures for Board membership.

The company invites those wishing to nominate themselves to apply during the specified nomination period, which begins today, May 27, 2025, and ends on July 15, 2025.
