Al Arabia Subsidiary Signs Contract to Build and Operate Billboards in Jeddah

Arabian Contracting Services Co. (Al Arabia) announced on Sunday its wholly owned subsidiary, Faden Media Company, signed a contract with the Jeddah Municipality for the “Establishment, Operation, and Maintenance of Billboards on Vacant Lands Located on the Main Roads of Jeddah (First Contract).”

According to a statement on the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul), the total lease value is SAR 309.6 million for a period of seven years, including a 4.2-month preparation period.

The contract covers 15 billboards: eight on King Abdulaziz Road, four on vacant land overlooking the waterfront, and three on Prince Mohammed bin Abdulaziz Road (Tahlia).
