Adeer Real Estate Distributes 30% Cash Dividends for H2 of 2024

Adeer Real Estate announced the Board of Directors’ decision to distribute cash dividends to shareholders for the second half of 2024, totalling SAR 15 million. The dividend per share will be SAR 3, at a dividend ratio of 30% of the nominal share value.

In its statement, the company stated that the number of shares eligible for dividends is 5 million, indicating that the eligibility date is June 26, while the distribution date will be July 7.
