ZAIN KSA Enables Electronic Voting for General Assembly Items
Mobile Telecommunication Company Saudi Arabia (Zain KSA) announced on Sunday the launch of electronic voting on the agenda items of its Ordinary General Assembly Meeting (First Meeting), scheduled for April 24, 2025.
The Company stated via Tadawul that electronic voting will be available free of charge to shareholders until 07:30 PM on Thursday, April 24, 2025, marking the close of the Meeting.
