Yamama Cement Company announced on Wednesday, April 9, the commencement of electronic voting on the items of its Extraordinary General Assembly Meeting (First Meeting).
The e-voting process will begin at 1:00 a.m. on Thursday, April 10, 2025, and will remain open until the vote-counting committee concludes its work.
The company encouraged shareholders to actively participate in the voting process and review the agenda items through the available digital platforms.
