Twareat Medical Care Company (TMC Health) said on Sunday its Board of Directors has invited shareholders to attend the Ordinary General Assembly Meeting (First Meeting) scheduled for 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 8, 2025.
The agenda includes voting on the election of board members from among the nominees for the new term, which will begin on May 11, 2025, and run until May 10, 2029, the company said in a statement.
Electronic voting on the agenda items will open at 1:00 a.m. on Monday, May 5, and will remain available until the vote-counting committee concludes its work.
