Sumou Awards SAR 680 Mln Contract to Develop 900 Villas in Makkah
Sumou Real Estate Co. announced on Monday the award of a contract worth SAR 680 million (excluding VAT) to develop over 900 Residential Villas within the Makkah Gate project in Makkah city with the National Housing Company.
The company stated that any future developments regarding the award will be announced upon signing the sub-development contract with the National Housing Company.
