Shalfa Signs SAR 40.7 Mln Contract with MODON

Shalfa Facilities Management Co. announced on Thursday the signing of a SAR 40.7 million contract, inclusive of VAT, with the Saudi Authority for Industrial Cities and Technology Zones (MODON).

According to the company, the project involves the operation and maintenance services for buildings and assets of MODON. The scope includes managing unleased prefabricated buildings, factories, and warehouses, in addition to maintaining external and shared facilities. The company confirmed that all services will adhere to the highest applicable international and local quality standards.
