Shalfa Signs Contract with Tatweer Buildings Company for IFM Project in Qassim

Shalfa Facilities Management Co. announced the signing of a contract with Tatweer Buildings Co. to execute an integrated facilities management (IFM) project for school buildings and private institutes in the Central Region, specifically Qassim Province.

The company clarified that the contract’s value will be determined based on the number of work orders issued under the framework agreement, in accordance with the pricing list specified in the agreement.

Shalfa stated in a filing on Tadawul that the financial impact is expected to be reflected in its results starting from the second half of 2025.

This announcement refers to Shalfa’s earlier disclosure on April 3, 2025, regarding the awarding of the framework agreement for IFM services for school and private institute buildings in the Central Region.
