Professional Medical Expertise Company (ProMedEx) said on Sunday its board of directors has recommended a cash dividend of SAR 3.5 million for the fiscal year 2024, equivalent to 10% of the share’s nominal value.
The proposed distribution amounts to SAR 1 per share, with 3.5 million shares eligible for dividends, the company said in a bourse filing.
Shareholders holding shares at the close of trading on the day of the General Assembly meeting — and registered with the Securities Depository Center Company (Edaa) by the end of the second trading day following the entitlement date — will be eligible for the payout, ProMedEx added.
