MIS Signs SAR 41.88 Million Contract with Ministry of Health

Al-Moammar Information Systems Co. (MIS) announced on Wednesday the signing of a contract with the Ministry of Health for the operation and maintenance of digital infrastructure across 15 hospitals in the Central Region. The contract is valued at SAR 41,885,587.50 (inclusive of VAT).

The company stated in a filing to Tadawul that the contract is expected to have a positive financial impact starting from Q2 2025 through Q1 2031.
