May 26 – SAPTCO General Assembly to Discuss Business & Contracts with Related Parties

The Board of Directors of Saudi Public Transport Co. (SAPTCO) has invited shareholders to participate and vote in the company’s Ordinary General Assembly Meeting (First Meeting), scheduled for Monday, May 26, 2025, at 6:30 p.m.

Agenda:

• Vote on business and contracts between SAPTCO and Saudi-Emirati Transport Co. (SETCO), in which board member Eng. Khaled bin Abdullah Al-Hogail (executive) has an indirect interest, serving as chairman of SETCO. SAPTCO holds a 50% stake in SETCO.

• The contracts, which were concluded as part of normal business operations and without preferential terms, include a rental agreement for housing and parking for SETCO’s buses in SAPTCO’s garage, valued at SAR 5.4 million for the year 2024.

Electronic voting on the agenda items will begin at 1:00 a.m. on Thursday, May 22, 2025, and will remain open until the conclusion of the Assembly session.
