May 22: CATRION General Assembly Discusses Interim Dividend Distribution for 2025

The Board of Directors of CATRION Catering Holding Company has invited its shareholders to participate and vote in the Extraordinary General Assembly Meeting (First Meeting), scheduled for 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, May 22, 2025.

Agenda:

• Voting on authorizing the Board of Directors to distribute interim dividends to shareholders on a quarterly or semi-annual basis for the fiscal year 2025.

Electronic voting on the Assembly’s agenda will begin at 1:00 a.m. on Sunday, May 18, 2025, and will continue until the conclusion of the Assembly Meeting.
