Marafiq Elects New Board of Directors

Marafiq for Power and Water in Jubail and Yanbu announced the results of its Ordinary General Assembly Meeting (First Meeting), held recently. The shareholders approved the election of seven Board members for the upcoming term, which will begin on April 20, 2025, and continue for four years until April 19, 2029.

The elected members are:

• HE Eng. Khalid Mohammed Al-Salem (Non-Executive)

• Eng. Anas Yousef Kentab (Non-Executive)

• Dr. Mohammed Tami Al-Hajri (Non-Executive)

• Mr. Badr Abdullah Al-Ghariry (Non-Executive)

• Eng. Suliman Khalid Al-Mazroua (Independent)

• Mr. Fahad Abdullah Al-Sumaih (Independent)

• Mr. Mohammed Waleed Batterjee (Independent)
