KNOWLEDGENET Signs SAR 6.6 Mln Contract with SICO

KnowledgeNet announced on Wednesday that it signed a SAR 6.6 million contract with SICO Co. to provide TradeNet and Asset management solution.

The Company stated the contract includes a comprehensive technology platform to meet the trading, brokerage, and asset management requirements of SICO and its subsidiaries. The platform includes TradeNet software to support business, retail, and asset management operations.

KnowledgeNet added that although it had planned to launch its asset management product in the Saudi market in early 2026, growing interest from partners and prospects had prompted it to accelerate the launch to meet market demand.

The contract includes:

1. Trading channels (Desktop, Web, Mobile);

2. Digital customer onboard and KYC;

3. Back Office;

4. Market Data connectors;

5. Exchange connectors and gateways

6. AMS (Front-to-Back solution)
