JAZIRA TAKAFUL’s BOD Recommends SAR 19.8 Million Cash Dividend for 2024

Aljazira Takaful Taawuni Co. (JAZIRA TAKAFUL) announced on Sunday its Board of Directors’ recommendation to distribute SAR 19.8 million in cash dividends to its shareholders for the fiscal year 2024, equivalent to 3% of the nominal share value.

The Company explained that the number of shares eligible for dividends is 66 million shares, with a dividend of SAR 0.30 per share.

The cash dividends will be due to shareholders registered in the Company’s shareholder registry at the end of the second trading day following the date of the General Assembly Meeting.

The Company confirmed that it has obtained the Insurance Authority’s non-objection to distribute cash dividends to shareholders for the fiscal year 2024.
