iHR announces no cash dividends for 2024

International Human Resources Company announced the Board of Directors’ decision to recommend to the General Assembly, whose date will be announced later, not to distribute cash dividends to shareholders for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2024.

The company explained that the reason for the recommendation not to distribute dividends is to continue supporting the future growth of its business activities. The recommendation will be submitted for approval at the General Assembly meeting, which will be scheduled at a later date.
