Herfy Food Services approves business, contracts with related parties

The Board of Directors of Herfy Food Services Co. announced on Wednesday the results of the Ordinary General Assembly Meeting (First Meeting). The voting results included approval of business and contracts concluded with Panda Retail Co., in which board members. Eng. Esam Majed AlMuhaidib and Mr. Waleed Khaled Fatani have an indirect interest as members of the board of directors.
The company stated that the total value of transactions concluded in 2024 amounted to SAR 18 million and were agreed upon under prevailing commercial terms.
