GULF GENERAL Announces Resignation of Audit Committee Member
Gulf General Cooperative Insurance Co. announced on Thursday the resignation of the Audit Committee member, Mr. Mohammed Hassan Bakr Daghistani (a member from outside the Board). He submitted his resignation on Wednesday due to the end of the Board’s term and his unwillingness to continue serving on the committee for personal circumstances
