CENOMI RETAIL Appoints Dr. Abdullah Mattar to BOD

Fawaz Abdulaziz Alhokair & Co. (Cenomi Retail) announced on Sunday that its Board of Directors approved the appointment of Dr. Abdullah Mohammed Mattar as a Member of the board of Directors (independent) to complete the current term, which ends on August 11, 2026.

Dr. Mattar brings more than 20 years of experience in law and governance, having held various leadership positions in both the public and private sectors.

He holds a PhD in International Trade Law from Brunel University of London, earned in 2015.
