Arabian Drilling Company announced on Monday, April 7, the acquisition of a new self-elevating offshore services rig at a total value of SAR 260 million, inclusive of modification and mobilization costs.
According to a statement published on Tadawul, the acquisition brings the company’s total fleet to 62 rigs, consisting of:

49 onshore rigs

11 offshore rigs

2 self-elevating offshore service rigs
The company noted that the new rig is expected to add more than SAR 170 million in value to its operations. It is scheduled to begin operations under a two-year contract starting mid-2025.
