ALHASOOB Opens Nominations for BOD Membership

Alhasoob Co. announced on Sunday the opening of the nomination for the membership of the Board of Directors, which will start on July 27, 2025, and for a period of three years.

The Company called on those wishing to nominate themselves to the membership of the Board of Directors, who meet the conditions and standards of membership, to apply for their nomination during the period specified from April 06 – May 05.

The Company noted that the candidacy for the membership of the Board of Directors will be in accordance with the provisions mentioned in the Companies Law issued by the Ministry of Commerce, and the Corporate Governance Regulations issued by the Capital Market Authority (CMA), in addition to the Company’s Articles of Association and the Standard Policy for Board of Directors Membership (attached).

The members candidates will be elected at the General Assembly Meeting, which will be announced later, God willing, after obtaining the necessary approvals from the competent authorities.
