Al Rajhi REIT Distributes SAR 35.8 Mln Cash Dividends in Q1

Al Rajhi Capital announced on Tuesday the distribution of SAR 35.8 million in cash dividends to unitholders of the Al Rajhi REIT Fund for the period from January 01 to March 31, 2025, representing 1.49% of net asset value.

The Company stated that the number of outstanding units upon which the cash dividends will be paid is 275.6 million units, with a payment of SAR 0.13 per unit.

Unitholders registered by the end of May 08, 2025, will be eligible for the dividends. Cash dividends will be distributed on May 29, 2025, within 20 working days after trading closes on May 06, 2025.
