ACWA POWER Begins Commercial Operation of Wind Power Plants in Uzbekistan

ACWA Power Company (the “Company”) announced on Sunday that it has received a notification from the project company of the 500MW Dzhankeldy Wind Independent Power Project in Uzbekistan, to receive the Commercial Operation Certificate for the full capacity of the production plant, with a share of 65%.

It also announced that it received a similar notice from the 500MW Bash Wind Power Plant in Uzbekistan, to receive the Commercial Operation Certificate for the full capacity of the production plant, with a share of 65%.

The Company expected that the financial impact of operation of the two plants will appear during the second quarter of the year 2025
