Saudi Ceramics Appoints Yousef Aba Al-Khail as Chairman, Al-Khereiji as Vice Chairman

Saudi Ceramic Co. announced on Sunday the appointment of Yousef Saleh Aba Al-Khail (Independent Member) as Chairman of the Board of Directors, and Abdulaziz Abdulkarim Al-Khereiji (Non-Executive Member) as Vice Chairman.

The appointments follow the Extraordinary General Assembly Meeting held virtually on Wednesday, March 26, 2025, during which the new Board of Directors was elected for a four-year term starting April 1, 2025, and ending March 31, 2029.

Additionally, the Board of Directors approved the formation of its committees and the definition of their duties and powers in accordance with the Board Committee Bylaws approved by the General Assembly. The committees are as follows:

A. Executive Committee

1- Yousef Saleh Aba Al-Khail – Chairman

2- Abdulaziz Abdulkarim Al-Khereiji – Member

3- Ahmed Saeed Abdullah Al-Ghamdi – Member

4- Majid Abdullah Suleiman Al-Essa – Member

B. Nomination and Remuneration Committee

1- Dr. Mohammed Hamad Rashid Al-Kathiri – Chairman

2- Muath Khaled Abdullah Al-Zamil – Member

3- Salah Abdulrahman Saleh Al-Hizami – Member

C. Audit Committee

1- Abdullah Juman Mohammed Al-Zahrani – Chairman

2- Sami Ibrahim Al-Essa – External Member

3- Abdulaziz Abdulmalik Al-Sheikh – External Member

4- Maan Yusuf Aba Al-Khail – External Member

The Board also approved the appointment of the Company’s representatives to the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and Saudi Tadawul Group for all matters related to regulatory compliance and implementation.
