Perfect Presentation for Commercial Services Co. (2P) announced on Wednesday that it had been awarded a contract worth SAR 87.15 million to operate the Ministry of Commerce’s unified call centre.
The project covers the operating, establishing and developing the unified customer care call centre at the Ministry of Commerce, aiming to achieve its objectives and meet the centre’s requirements. This includes allocating an operational team to manage incoming and outgoing calls as well as social media channels. The team comprises a fully integrated and professional workforce, ensuring efficient workflow and addressing all the centre’s needs.
