TAPRCO Terminates CEO Contractual Relationship by Mutual Consent upon Request

Tihama Advertising, Public Relations and Marketing Co. (TAPRCO) announced on Tuesday the decision of its Board of Directors, which includes approving the request of the CEO, Mr. Udoy Sancar Chatterjee to terminate the contractual relationship by mutual consent as of March 15 due to his special circumstances, indicating that it will announce any developments in the event of the appointment or assignment of a new CEO in due course.
