TALCO’s BOD Recommends a 16% Cash Dividend for 2024

Al-Tayseer Talco Industrial Group announced the Board of Directors’ recommendation to distribute cash dividends to shareholders for the company’s results for the year ending December 31, 2024. The total amount distributed is SAR 64 million, with a dividend per share of SAR 1.6, representing a dividend per share ratio of 16%.

The company said in a statement that the number of shares eligible for dividends is 40 million, and the distribution date will be announced later.
