Tadawul approves listing of previously listed government debt instruments worth SAR 2.6 billion

Tadawul announced its approval of the Ministry of Finance’s request to list previously listed government debt instruments issued by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, in accordance with the listing rules. The total value of these instruments is SAR 2,640,050,000. The details are as follows:

1. Increase in Issue No. 10-01-2019 (Tadawul Code: 5274) by SAR 315,850,000 to SAR 28,405,212,000.
2. Increase in Issue No. 15-01-2024 (Tadawul Code: 5339) by SAR 500,000,000 to SAR 12,123,029,000.
3. An increase in issue No. 10-07-2017 (Trade Code: 5245) by SAR 364,200,000, bringing it to SAR 9,904,200,000.
4. An increase in issue No. 09-08-2023 (Trade Code: 5333) by SAR 1,460,000,000, bringing it to SAR 19,095,392,000.

The Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) clarified that the increase will be listed starting Thursday, March 20, 2025.
