The Saudi Pharmaceutical Industries and Medical Appliances Corporation (SPIMACO) announced the signing of a collaboration agreement with China National Biotec Group (CNBG) to supply, manufacture, and market flu vaccines in Saudi Arabia and Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries.
The company revealed that the agreement’s value is less than 1% of SPIMACO’s total annual revenues for 2023.
According to the announcement published on Tadawul, CNBG has granted SPIMACO exclusive rights to supply, manufacture, distribute, and market flu vaccines in Saudi Arabia and GCC markets until December 31, 2026.
It is worth noting that CNBG stands for China National Biotech Group Limited.
