SHALFA Profits Fall 17% to SAR 21 Million by End-2024

Shalfa Facilities Management Co. announced on Wednesday that its net profit declined by 17% to SAR 21 million by the end of 2024, compared to SAR 25 million in 2023. This came after the announcement today of the preliminary financial results for the duration ending December 31, 2024.

The operational profit decreased by 0.9% to SAR 29.1 million by the end of 2024, compared to SAR 29.5 million in 2023.

The shareholders’ equity (excluding non-controlling interests) increased by 28% to SAR 87 million in the current year, compared to SAR 68 million in 2023.

The profits per share for the current year reached SAR 5.02, compared to SAR 6.04 in 2023.
