Saudi Ministry of Commerce recalls 333 Toyota “Corolla” vehicles due to a defect in the thickness of the fuel tank weld

The Ministry of Commerce announced the recall of 333 Toyota “Corolla” vehicles, model 2024, due to a defect in the thickness of the fuel tank weld, which may lead to cracking and fuel leakage, which increases the risk of a fire.

The ministry confirmed in a post on the X platform that the inclusion of the vehicle chassis number will be verified through the Defective Products Recall Center (recall), and the company will be contacted to make the necessary updates free of charge.
