Saudi Aramco distributes SAR 80.1 billion in dividends to shareholders today, at SAR 0.3312 per share

Today, Saudi Aramco distributes the basic dividend for the fourth quarter of 2024 and the first performance-related dividend distribution based on the full-year 2024 results.

According to company data, the total amount distributed is SAR 80.1 billion, including basic dividends of SAR 79.28 billion and performance-related dividends of SAR 820 million.

The dividend per share is SAR 0.3312, including a basic dividend of SAR 0.3278 and a performance-related dividend of SAR 0.0034. The entitlement date ended on March 17, 2025.

Saudi Aramco achieved a net profit of SAR 398.4 billion in 2024, compared to SAR 454.76 billion in 2023, a decrease of 12%. Operating profit reached SAR 774.6 billion by the end of 2024, compared to SAR 868.29 billion in 2023, a decrease of 10.7%.
