Osool & Bakheet Appoints Abdullah AlKhorayef as Chairman and Abdulrahman AlYahya as Vice Chairman

Osool & Bakheet Investment Company announced the appointment of Abdullah bin Ibrahim AlKhorayef as Chairman of the Board of Directors and Abdulrahman bin Yahya AlYahya as Vice Chairman. Additionally, Mohammed Zaki Zakaria was appointed as Secretary of the Board.

In the same context, the company’s Board of Directors approved the appointment of:

– Wael Mohammed AlSerhan

– Khalid AlMousa

– Abdulrahman AlYahya

as members of the Audit Committee.

This follows the resolution of the Ordinary General Assembly meeting held on 06/08/1446 AH (February 5, 2025), where the new Board of Directors was elected for a term starting February 5, 2025, and ending February 4, 2029.
