Naba Alsaha General Assembly Approves Merger of Subsidiary

Naba Alsaha Medical Services Company announced that its Ordinary General Assembly (first meeting) has approved the merger of Al Anwar Medical Company, a wholly owned subsidiary, into Naba Alsaha Medical Services, effective December 28, 2024.

Additionally, the Board of Directors was authorized to take all necessary financial and regulatory measures to complete the merger.

The company confirmed in a Tadawul disclosure today that there will be no change in capital before or after the merger.
