March 23: AMAK Approves 11.8% Cash Dividends for H2 2024

Almasane Alkobra Mining Co. (AMAK) announced on Monday that it will distribute cash dividends to shareholders for the second half of the fiscal year 2024 starting from Sunday, March 23, by automatically depositing them into the investment accounts linked to the shareholders’ portfolios at all banks through the Securities Depository Centre Company (Edaa).

This comes in reference to the announcement of the Major Mining Factories Company (AMAC) published on Feb. 24, 2025 regarding the distribution of cash dividends to shareholders for the second half of the fiscal year 2024 amounting to SAR (1.18) per share, representing 11.8% of the nominal value of the share.
