Lamasat Board Recommends 14.81% Cash Dividend for Second Half of 2024

Lamasat Co. announced that its board of directors has recommended a cash dividend distribution of SAR 12 million to shareholders for the second half of 2024.

The dividend will amount to SAR 0.15 per share, representing 14.81% of the share’s par value.

The company stated that 81 million shares are eligible for dividends, and the distribution date will be announced later.

Shareholders holding the company’s shares as of the due date—which will coincide with the general assembly meeting date (to be announced later)—and who are registered in the shareholder register with the Securities Depository Center Company (Edaa) will be entitled to the dividend distribution.
