ITMAM 2024 Profits Rise 16% to SAR 20 Million

Itmam Consultancy Co. announced on Monday that its net profit rose by 16% to SAR 20 million by the end of 2024, compared to SAR 17 million in 2023, following the announcement today of the annual financial results ending on Dec. 31, 2024.

The operational profit increased by 18% to SAR 22 million by the end of 2024, compared to SAR 19 million in 2023.

The total equity (after excluding non-controlling interests) in the current year increased by 41% to SAR 69 million, compared to SAR 49 million in 2023.

The profits per share for the current year increased to SAR 1.02, compared to SAR 0.87 in 2023.

The Company stated in a statement today on “Tadawul” that it achieved revenues of SAR 68.69 million, compared to SAR 78.79 million for last year, a decrease of 12.81%, mainly due to the Company’s management’s focus on projects with the highest profitability.
