Enaya Insurance Appoints Wasatah Capital as Financial Advisor for Proposed Merger with Salama Insurance

Saudi Enaya Cooperative Insurance Company has announced the appointment of Wasatah Capital as the financial advisor for its proposed merger with Salama Cooperative Insurance Company.

The company stated that any future updates requiring disclosure will be announced in due course.

This follows Enaya Insurance’s previous announcement on the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) website on February 25, 2025 (26-08-1446), regarding the signing of a non-binding memorandum of understanding with Salama Insurance to assess the feasibility of the merger.
