The Ehsan platform signed memorandums of understanding (MoUs) with several investment entities as part of the fifth edition of the National Campaign for Charitable Work, aiming to facilitate Zakat payments from investments through innovative technological solutions.
This initiative seeks to enhance charitable giving and ensure that contributions reach those in need more efficiently.
The MoUs signed at the campaign’s headquarters aimed to enhance opportunities and expand access to new and diverse technological solutions for Zakat payments from investments.
This will be achieved by providing multiple payment channels, enabling investors to pay their Zakat easily and swiftly through the Ehsan platform. These efforts seek to broaden the scope of donations and encourage greater participation in charitable work.
The MoUs signed with the investment sector included the activation of the Zakat on investment services in the financial applications of ASEEL, ARAT Capital, Safqah, and Abyan Capital. These partnerships enable investors to pay their Zakat directly through financial applications linked to the Ehsan platform.
The agreements also included activating awareness campaigns for the Ehsan platform on these entities’ social media channels.
This initiative aims to raise awareness about the importance of Zakat payments and to promote a culture of giving and social solidarity within the community.
