DERAYAH REIT Posts SAR 14.8 Million Net Profit by End-2024

Derayah Financial Co. announced on Tuesday the availability of the Derayah REIT Fund’s annual reports, which includes the audited annual financial statements. The report indicated that net profit amounted to SAR 14.8 million, net assets amounted to SAR 869.56 million, and total expenses and fees amounted to SAR 82.7 million.

The Company stated in a statement today on Tadawul that the number of outstanding units at the end of the year was 107.5 million, the net value per unit amounted to SAR 8.09, and the return for the duration was 2.75%.
