Cenomi Centers Reports SAR 1.22 Billion Profit by End of 2024, Down 18%

Arabian Centres Company (Cenomi Centers) recorded a net profit of SAR 1.22 billion for the year ending December 31, 2024, marking an 18% decline from SAR 1.5 billion in 2023.

The operating profit rose by 3% to SAR 1.96 billion in 2024, compared to SAR 1.90 billion in the previous year.

Total shareholders’ equity (excluding non-controlling interests) increased by 4% to SAR 14.78 billion, compared to SAR 14.27 billion in 2023.

Earnings per share (EPS) stood at SAR 2.56 in 2024, down from SAR 3.19 in 2023.

The company stated in a press release that revenues grew by 4.0%, reaching SAR 2,344.0 million in 2024, compared to SAR 2,253.7 million in 2023.
