Saudi Arabian Oil Company (“Saudi Aramco” or the “Company”) announced on Tuesday the distribution of base dividend to shareholders for the fourth quarter of 2024, which represents an increase of 4.2% compared to the third quarter of 2024, in line with its dividend distribution policy, which aims to distribute sustainable and increasing dividend.
Saudi Aramco announces the first distribution of performance-linked dividend to shareholders based on the full annual results for 2024, calculated based on 70% of the Saudi Aramco Group’s free cash flows for 2024, after deducting base dividend and any other amounts, including external investments.
The Company stated in a statement today on “Tadawul” that the total distributed amount is SAR 80.10 billion ($21.36 billion), including:
– Base dividend SAR 79.28 billion ($21.14 billion); and
– Performance-related dividend SAR 0.82 billion ($0.22 billion).
Adding that the share of one share of the total distributed amount is SAR 0.3312 per share, including:
– Basic dividend, with a share of SAR 0.3278, and
– Performance-related dividend, with a share of SAR 0.0034.
It explained that the number of shares entitled to dividend is 241.86 billion shares, and the distribution date will be on March 26.
The eligibility will be for shareholders who own shares on the due date and are registered in the company’s shareholders’ registry with the Securities Depository Centre Company (Edaa) at the end of the second trading day following the due date.
