Al-Jouf Agricultural Joins Industrial Sector Competitiveness Program

Al-Jouf Agricultural Co. announced its accession to the Industrial Sector Competitiveness Program, under which it signed an agreement to receive various solutions aimed at improving energy efficiency and optimizing energy sources used in industrial facilities. The program is expected to contribute to lowering production costs.

In a Tadawul filing, the company stated that the financial impact on high production costs decreased from 7% to approximately 6%, adding that it will explore further methods to enhance production efficiency and reduce costs in the future.

This follows the company’s earlier Tadawul announcement on January 2, 2025, regarding a notice from Saudi Aramco on fuel product price amendments. The company clarified that joining the Industrial Sector Competitiveness Program will help reduce fuel costs used in its factories.
