2P awards a project with the “Ministry of Islamic Affairs” for 38.3 million riyals

Perfect Presentation (2P) Commercial Services Company announced the award of the managed services project for the General Administration of Information Technology at the Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Call and Guidance and its branches for 38.3 million riyals.

The scope of the project includes providing technical services to all sectors of the ministry, through which these sectors can be supported to perform their tasks quickly and efficiently. These services include, but are not limited to:

Technical Project Management IT – PMO, Data Center Management, Operation and Management of Technical Assets and Properties, Operation and Management of the Ministry’s Databases of All Kinds, Operation and Management of Servers and Operating Systems of All Kinds, Operation and Management of Virtual Environment Devices VMware

The scope of the project also includes the operation and management of the Ministry’s internal and external networks and connection circuits of all kinds, operation and management of Microsoft applications and e-mail, analysis of business requirements and design and construction of systems, programs and applications of new smart devices and their development, technical awareness and media service, operation and support of systems, programs and applications of smart devices and their development, operation and management of the external and internal portal, operation and management of quality, operation and management of the digital transformation process, business intelligence systems, and technical support.

The company explained in its statement on “Tadawul” that the financial impact of this project will appear positively during the years 2025 – 2026 – 2027 – 2028.
