Zain Saudi Arabia Opens Nominations for BOD Membership

Mobile Telecommunication Company Saudi Arabia (Zain KSA) announced the opening of nominations for membership in its Board of Directors for the upcoming term, which will commence on April 26, 2025, and continue for four years, ending on April 25, 2029.

Nominations will be conducted in accordance with the Companies Law issued by the Ministry of Commerce, the Corporate Governance Regulations set by the Capital Market Authority (CMA), as well as the company’s Articles of Association and Standard Policy for Board of Directors and Executive Management Membership.

The company invited eligible candidates who meet the required membership conditions and standards to submit their applications within the designated period. The nomination window opens today, February 9, 2025, and will close on March 10, 2025.
