THARWAH Assembly Approves Election of Two BOD Members

Altharwah Albashariyyah Co. (THARWAH) announced on Tuesday to its shareholders the results of the Ordinary General Assembly Meeting (First Meeting), where the voting results included approval to elect two members to the Board of Directors from among the candidates to fill the two vacant seats, effective from the date of the Assembly, Feb. 17, 2025, until the end of the Board’s term on Dec. 09, 2027, and they are:

– Mr. Fahad bin Saad bin Abdullah bin Muammar

– Mr. Osama bin Abdulaziz bin Abdullah Alzamil
