Tharawat for Financial Securities, licensed by the Capital Market Authority (License No. 06-14175) the leader in the investment management and fund operations in the Kingdom, has announced the launch of a private closed-end real estate investment fund with a targeted investment size exceeding 1 billion Saudi Riyals. This fund is in partnership with Rasf Investment as the real estate Fund developer and Mawan Real Estate Company as the Project Manager. The fund focuses on strategic investments in the northern part of Riyadh, with a value exceeding 1 billion Saudi Riyals. The Fund aims to develop a mixed-use project, located strategically on Prince Turki Bin Abdulaziz Al-Awal Road. The fund has commenced its operations by completing the acquisition and transfer of land ownership to the fund.
