SPIMACO Announces CEO’s Approval to Extend Contract

Saudi Pharmaceutical Industries and Medical Appliances Corporation (“SPIMACO”) announced on Wednesday the approval of the current CEO to extend his contract for an additional six months, which was scheduled to end on February 28, 2025, with the extension duration starting from March 01, 2025 and ending on August 31, 2025.

This comes in reference to the Company’s earlier announcement of accepting the CEO’s request not to renew his contract.
